【TYTAPS Good News• Our Drone Team Achieves New Success】

Our Drone Team recently competed in the Hong Kong Primary School Drone Competition 2026. With exceptional piloting skills, perseverance, and outstanding teamwork, the team achieved remarkable results — winning awards in ALL competition categories! 

Outstanding Achievements 

Racing Team Event —— Champion

Drone Football —— Champion

Programming Obstacle Race —— Third Runner-up

Student Lee also received the "Best Little Pilot" award, impressing the audience with his excellent flying techniques and consistent performance throughout the competition!

The team remained calm and focused during the intense competition, fully demonstrating what they had learned. Whether in flight control, tactical planning, or programming, their performance was outstanding, earning recognition from both the judges and opponents alike. This honour belongs to every hardworking team member and is a source of great pride for the whole school!

Dedication and Perseverance

Looking back at the days of preparation, the students put in countless hours of effort and dedication. After school every day, the playground was filled with students focusing intently on their drones. Countless take-offs, crashes, adjustments, and retries — from developing their technical proficiency to mastering the controls, from individual efforts to seamless teamwork — every step of progress was hard-earned. 

Moving forward, under the guidance of Principal Mak, TYTAPS will, as always, lead students to bravely explore and continuously break new ground on their STEAM journey, ensuring every student can find their own light and fly higher and further!
